Through our partnership with Berco, a global OEM undercarriage manufacturer, KBX Mechanical provides undercarriage management support for mining and heavy equipment fleets.
Local capability, throughout the lifecycle
From our Mackay facility, we support inspection, condition monitoring, maintenance, repair, reconditioning, component supply and replacement. Our in-house Berco track press allows pin and bush turns, track link repairs and chain work to be completed locally.
We also supply and fit chains, rollers, idlers, sprockets, segments and associated components across CAT, Komatsu and Hitachi dozers and excavators. Roller, idler and track frame reconditioning extends our capability beyond component replacement.
Planning around condition
Our Condition Tracking System (CTS) combines ultrasonic wear measurement with laser and calliper profiling. Tracking wear over time helps customers understand component condition, plan maintenance and forecast replacement requirements.
